REVIEW: Hanoi 3B Homestay, Hanoi

Hanoi 3B Homestay – 10/10

This was by far the best hotel or homestay we stayed in whilst traveling in South East Asia. Whilst looking through Booking.com we found the newly opened Hanoi 3B Homestay, it was a little on the expensive side for South East Asia at a whopping  VND 321,391 or £10 a night including breakfast – next to nothing!

The hotel offers transfer service from the airport straight to the hotel costing VND 394,200 or £12. When we arrived at the hotel a member of stay carrying our bags up the stairs to reception and greeted us with a glass of lemonade whilst we got checked.

The room was fantastic and luxury compared to anything else we had stayed in through South East Asia, we had a large king size bed with a lovely en-suite bathroom, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. We also got breakfast included in the rate which was served in the basement, there was a selection of fruit and cereal and then a member of staff took a order for hot food including toast, pancakes or Vietnamese dishes.

The hotel is located on Hang Than Street in Hanoi Old Quarter which is a superb location to explore the city. The road leads straight down to the Lake and is easily accessible. All the staff were really friendly and I think the hotel had only opened the month before we arrived.

This hotel is 10/10 and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi as the location, facilities and price are great!
